I feel like Izen is growing way faster than Aria did. With the little miss, we had plenty of days playing, cooing and cuddling together. I'd rock her every day and watch her grow. With the little man, I feel like every time I hold him he's a new baby. Either he's a twilight baby (growing at incredible rates), or time really is just going by super fast. He's 6 months! When did that happen?!
Some things he does!
He's found his toes and feet! They are always in his mouth... or... actually, his socks are. He usually rips them off with those baby gums and just munches on 'em. We go through a LOT of socks around here. They get loved, goobered, and soaked quick.
He eats a jar of baby food every night (no fruit yet- just the veggies). He's not a fan of the green beans.
He eats almost a whole piece of bread at dinner time or 3/4 a banana (Aria usually get's the 1/4. She loves her bananas).
He's twisting all over. He doesn't like to roll over, but he'll do half a roll and then twist.
His favorite toy is a toy tractor his Uncle Cody gave him. He also likes his little stuffed monkey.
He still wakes up 3-4 times a night. (oy-ve)
He takes two naps. One at eleven and another at two.
His favorite is bath time- he splashes like it's nobody's business. Aria giggles contagiously at the sight of it.
He blows spit bubbles and makes noises, but he's a fairly quiet baby (compared to Aria anyway-she was a chatter box).
He loves to be held and kissed and squished... ok. Maybe I'm the one that likes doing that. Can you blame me?
He has SUCH a personality. I love who he is. He is so close to the spirit and teaches our little family so much every day. It'll be amazing to watch him grow into the son of God, he is. He's going to do so much good in this world.
