Yesterday, June 1st was National Doughnut Day
{for those who are unaware}.
It's basically the best holiday and is ALWAYS celebrated in the Dimond home.
Spenser has a deeply rooted love for these delicious morsels of cake and glaze
and has passed that onto Aria and I.
So naturally we couldn't let the day go by without getting some doughnuts.
Unfortunately, when we went to go get doughnuts yesterday,
Paradise Doughnuts and the grocery store either didn't have any assorted or were closed.
We resorted to Hostess powdered raspberry doughnuts.
Bleck.
For a doughnut lover, these were just average joes, so we didn't take any pictures,
but nonetheless we can say we DID eat doughnuts on National Doughnut Day.
Today was the real treat though.

I had my usual Old Fashioned Doughnut,
Spenser had his bismark,
and Aria had the little sprinkled one
{she picked that one out all by herself- complete girl- I love it}.
Yea.... Today was a good day.
