So this past week, we had our first snow fall!
Aria loved to watch out the window and ask "wasssthat??"
So I decided I would take her out and show her what that white fluff was.
She was a bit timid and didn't want to walk in it at first, but once mom was walking in the snow, then it was ok.
She jumped right in and was fine.
Then we made a snow man!
Well... mom made a snow man. And don't laugh. He doesn't have eyes or a mouth, but in my defense, I couldn't find rocks anywhere, and we didn't have any coal, so he's an eyeball-less, mouth-less snowman.
But because we built the snowman, Aria thinks the actual snow is called snowman. So everytime we go outside she goes, "noman, noman!"
Silly goose.
Oh, and in the picture below, see that random patch of snow scrapped from the sidewalk? Yeah, guess who got white washed? Tehehe. Spenser thought he was safe because he was inside. Wrong-O!
In the midst of our "noman" adventures, can you guess which sweet girl poked her head around the corner?
Miss Ava!
Aria was thrilled. She loves that girl.
Every time she can hear Ava, or "Eeeeva" through the walls or outside, she asks,
"Eeeeva happy?"
"Eeeeva sleeping, nigh, night?"
"Eeeeva sad?"
"Eeeeva nack (fruit snack)?"
"Eeeeva bye-bye?"
"Eeeeva play?"
So needless to say, she was SUPER happy that she came to jump in the snow with her.
But the best part of it all, is that when Ava and Aria get togethet, they ALWAYS have to play with bubbles. If either one of them say the word, it's pretty much a done deal that the bubbly solution will be brought out for them to giggle and play with.
I was thinking however, psh! There is snow everywhere.
There is no way these girls will want to blow bubbles.
Well..... guess who was wrong...
The "B-word" was said and sure enough we had bubbles floating in the air with the falling snow.
It was too funny.
These girls...
